We had a lovely Christmas. Mom and everyone else fell in love with J of course. I have to admit I was a bit worried, because I know how she felt about me divorcing Rob. But as usual, she surprised me.
Other than that – we both have a major jet lag; J´s seems to be even worse than mine. I actually got up this morning and spent a day with Svea; went to the movies and ice-skating. Usually we just stay up at nigh, then spend the day in bed listening to Lana Del Rey. And we’ve watched the entire season of American Horror Story.
There is absolutely no snow in Tallinn right now and it’s really warm, even at night so we’ve been spending lot of time just walking around, spending time in various bars, meeting some old and new friends. I met up with one of the girls who has been reading ID and we have been e-mailing for months now; she turned out to be really cool and she had the most fascinatingly beautiful and painful story to tell – think I’m gonna use it at some point if she doesn’t mind.
We’ll spend our New Years in Estonia and it is now clear that I have invited way too many people over but honestly – no regrets! ;) Then we’ll spend couple of days in London and should be back in LA by 7th.
