Short films

1. A Clean, Well Lit Place
A story about an older waiter's identification and affirmation in the latent suffering of an elderly patron.

1. Old Man (65) - a tired, worn man. Frail, smallish frame.  Life consists of little beyond drinking and watching the world recede.
2. Young Waiter (24-30) - friendly, but impatient.  Prone to complain.  Tall, skinny.  Nervous about the future.
3. Older Waiter (37-50) - A warm, hospitable man.  Reserved and a bit worn himself, but always looking to make others feel comfortable and home.


2. The Grasshopper and The Bell Cricket
A story about a small moment of love between a young boy and girl witnessed by his grandfather.

1. Danny (10-14) - Impulsive and joyful, though very sensitive, he likes to attract the attention of all those around him, but never at the expense of another.
2. Jessica (10-14) - Shy and full of wonder, she loves to dance alone, and sing quietly while along the streets.
3. Gary (68) - A old man, long ago widowed, supported by his unconditional love for his son.
4. Bart (65) - A  friendly, somewhat silent mechanic.  Very good with his hands.  Sunken eyes, strong composure.
